ABOUT

This is always the tough bit to write.  I mean, who am I really?

I'm a low support autistic person with fibromyalgia, who's worked in the coaching and training industry now for far too many decades than I want to consider.  I'm passionate about helping individuals, yep that means you, to thrive and flourish in whatever way you need.

In terms of qualifications and experience:

  • NLP Master Practitioner

  • Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor

  • BACP Counselling Cert.

  • MBTI step 2

  • Insights

  • Saville Wave

  • TKI

  • 20 years of corporate training and coaching experience

  • 22 years of life coaching experience

  • 24 years of Reiki experience

On a more personal note I have many interests (some would say too many) but the ones that tend to stick around are running (anything from 5k's to ultras), poetry, novel writing (well I'm trying), photography and vlogging my various running races on YouTube (@justrunning).  I regularly fundraise, and support entrepreneurs in developing countries through lendwithcare.org.  I'm also a plogger which is basically litter-picking while running (who says I can't multi-task?!) sharing my hauls on insta @theploggerblogger

As a low-support autistic and NLP Master Practitioner, I bring over two decades (I know I don't look that old, that's very kind of you to say) of coaching and corporate training experience to the table with a unique way of looking at the world. Expect coaching with a touch of humour because the journey to self-discovery should be enlightening and enjoyable.

I've even contributed a chapter all about humour and empathy in coaching to the international best seller The Life Coach's Tool Kit, Vol. 3: Ready-to-Use Strategies, Principles, and Activities available on amazon
